2020年12月4日，壳牌品类管理与战略采购总经理Ezzah女士携团队一行6人访问燕达海门，向燕达海门颁发2020年度质量创新卓越奖并向优秀个人颁发奖章。燕达集团总裁雷建民、燕达海门总经理裴德年等公司领导接待了壳牌团队一行，并就公司与壳牌的战略合作进行了深入探讨。LPG项目新加坡团队通过视频连线亦参加了会议和颁奖仪式。

On December 4, 2020, Ms. Ezzah, General Manager of Shell Category Management and Strategic Purchasing with the team visited Yanda Haimen and awarded Yanda Haimen with 2020 Quality Innovation Excellence Award and awarded medals to outstanding individuals of Yanda Haimen. Lei Jianmin, President of Yanda Group and Pei Denian, General Manager of Yanda Haimen with the team warmly welcomed the Shell team and had in-depth discussions on the strategic cooperation between the company and Shell. The Singapore team of LPG project also participated in the conference and awarding ceremony through video connection.

会议伊始，燕达海门副总经理黄淞向壳牌团队分享了燕达海门最新的发展动态及并详细介绍了公司在质量和安全方面的多项创新，如针对新冠疫情期间推行的数字化远程检验技术。壳牌团队对燕达海门多年来在质量和安全的潜心钻研大加赞赏。

At the beginning of the meeting, HuangSong, Deputy General Manager of Yanda Haimen, shared the latest developments of Yanda Haimen with the Shell team and introduced many innovations in quality and safety, such as digital remote inspection technology during Covid-19. The Shell team greatly praised Yanda Haimen in dedicated research on quality and safety for years.

随后，燕达集团总裁雷建民向壳牌团队介绍了燕达自行研发的数字化生态智能建造管理系统（SFMS）最新的功能拓展和更新，Ezzah女士对SFMS系统强大的功能连连称赞，并对燕达海门工厂的质量运行系统和持续改进的质量文化表示认同和赞许。

Afterwards, Mr.Lei introduced the latest function update of Digital Ecological Smart Fabrication Management System(SFMS) to the Shell team. Ms. Ezzah praised the powerful functions of SFMS system and said Yanda Haimen does great in continuous quality improvement and quality system.

Ezzah女士表示，燕达海门作为壳牌在中国的战略合作伙伴（EFA），一直为壳牌提供高质量的产品，希望继续与燕达海门加强合作，不断创造合作共赢的新局面，并通过双方的进一步坚强共识、共同努力，持续推进创新。会上，壳牌制造供应商经理陈波向燕达团队介绍了壳牌的能源新战略，并分享了近期壳牌不同项目的最新动态。

Ms. Ezzah said that as a strategic partner(EFA) in China, Yanda Haimen has always provided Shell with high-quality products. She hopes to continue to strengthen cooperation with Yanda Haimen and create a new situation of win-win cooperation and promote continuous innovations through further consensus and hardship. At the meeting, Chen Bo, Supplier Manager Fabrication of Shell, introduced new energy strategy of Shell to the Yanda team and shared the latest developments of different Shell projects in the near future.

下午，雷总亲自陪同客户参观了车间和燕达码头。他强调，追求客户的满意以及安全高效地提供优质的服务质量一直是燕达的服务宗旨，来自壳牌的肯定，让燕达人倍感自豪，将继续发挥优势，让壳牌满意。此次壳牌来访，双方约定共同制定行动计划，让壳牌和燕达海门之间更加深入了解，相互学习、相互提高。

In the afternoon, Mr. Lei personally accompanied the clients to visit the workshop and Yanda jetty. He emphasized that clients’ satisfaction and safe& efficient provision of high-quality service are always Yanda's service aim. The affirmation from Shell makes Yanda people feel proud and will continue to use advantages to satisfy Shell. The two sides agreed to jointly formulate detailed plans to enable Shell and Yanda Haimen to have a deeper understanding, learn from each other and improve each other.
